Hi there, I’m Kelly Derouen. I’m originally from Southern Louisiana and have lived in the Houston Area for over 10 years now. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and like most Houston Area transplants, I decided to move here to further my career. I’ve loved it here and now call it home.

 

Connecting is one of my values. I enjoy getting to know people and genuinely making real connections. This is one of the biggest reasons I chose to become a REALTOR. I want to guide you through one of the biggest decisions of your life, while making it as stress-free as possible and having fun along the way!

 

I had the blessing of becoming a mom in 2021. My family and I moved to The Woodlands before baby arrived and we have enjoyed it so much. To connect with more moms and make new friends, I started the Woodlands Stroller Moms group. We meet up twice a month with our littles for community, connection, and stroller walks. Our group is growing and many of the moms have made friends they will keep for a lifetime!

 

When I’m not being a mom and a professional, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love food and if you do too, we must talk about it! I also enjoy yoga, journaling, reading, tidying up my home (a tidy home is a tidy heart) and goal setting. I believe we can all achieve our goals and I would love to help guide you to meeting one of yours.
